Yoga
Taught by instructor Nani Smith
Evening Class Every Tuesday, 5:45-7:00pm
Daytime Class Every Wednesday, 10—11 AM
Both classes use basic stretches and meditation. Participants need to wear comfortable exercise clothes (no jeans!) and bring an exercise mat. The cost is $60 for six weeks -- or try a class for $10!
Programs offered by the Center for the Arts include music, art, cooking, and movement. Fees vary; we ask that, for all classes, the participation fee be paid a week ahead of time. Please note that a minimum of 6 people must enroll for the classes to take place. Email or call Debbie Mueller to enroll in or find out more about any class.
The Center for the Arts started with a desire to learn more about activities related to worship in the church. Music, art, and movement are aspects of worship that many of our members and neighbors want to explore. Our classes enable people to participate in meaningful ways in our service to God.
